IG49-Series

IG49 - Series

The ionization flame amplifier series IG49 is a proprietary development of d.s.f. GmbH and a self-monitoring flame detector, approved according to DIN EN 298:2012-15 for continuous operation, for gas burners of any capacity, with and without fan and is used for monitoring industrial burners on furnaces in refineries and in the petrochemical industry, where a maximum of safety and availability is required. The flame signal can be tapped as a 4-20mA analog output in the unit or at the test sockets. Status LEDs visualize the current operating status. For flame detection, in addition to the fused flame relay contact, another relay contact is available for connection of a signal lamp. The model variants with 1 second safety time are compatible with the previous version of the IG47 series.

The ionization flame detector for the DIN rail mounting is available in different versions:

IG49-A02: supply voltage 24VDC

IG49-A03-115: Supply voltage 115VAC

IG49-A03-230: Supply voltage 230VAC

MBCE FR-Series

MBCE FR - Series

The MBCE FR ionization flame amplifier series from the manufacturer Fireye signals the presence of a flame optically via LED and by closing a potential-free relay contact. The small space requirement due to the design in connection with the top-hat rail mounting and the screw terminals located in the base facilitate the installation and the electrical connection. The device is approved for continuous operation, self-monitoring and certified according to SIL2. The flame signal can be tapped as a 4-20mA analog output at the wiring base or at the test jacks. Status LEDs visualize the current operating status. A fused flame relay contact is used for flame detection.

The ionization flame detector for DIN rail mounting is available in different versions:

MBCE 115FR-1: Supply voltage 115VAC, safety time 1 second.

MBCE 115FR-3: Supply voltage 115VAC, safety time 3 seconds

MBCE 230FR-1: Supply voltage 230VAC, safety time 1 second
