InSight Compact flame scanner
Description:
The Fireye InSight 95 is a versatile compact flame scanner with many worldwide approvals. The InSight 95 scanners provide advanced discrimination capabilities, integrated flame detection, gain, safety check and flame relay in one housing. No external evaluation device (flame amplifier) is required to communicate with the higher-level control system. The flame scanner measures the amplitude of the modulations that occur in the target flame (flame “flicker”).
Fiber optic versions are optionally available for difficult visibility conditions.

IR- Sensor, microprocessor based semiconductor sensor, supply voltage 24V DC, process connection 1″ BSP or NPT, purge air connection 3/8″, ambient temperature range -40°C to +65°C (self-monitoring up to 80°C), NEMA 4X, IP66 housing, 3 (S1), or 21 (S2) basic modulation frequencies, adjustable gain and ON/OFF thresholds, 4-20 mA output signal, error relay, two (S1), or four (S2) selectable parameter sets, LED display and four push buttons, quick disconnect, learning mode with the possibility of manual readjustment (S2). Approved for continuous operation.
